The Southeast Quandrant of the city is one of the fastest growing suburbs in the city. What makes this area so unique is the diversity of home choices one has. There is everything from high end luxury homes on one of the many lakes in the area or affordable first time homes and condos. Each new subdivision here has its own unique sense of community wether its Cranston, or Mackenzie Lake or the beautiful new lake community of Auburn Lake. This quadrant has the largest number of lake communities in the city and also has Fish Creek Park, a well know park and recreational facility for family and friends. There is also some great golfing and fishing nearby.
With the Deerfoot Trail being so central to many communities here its just an easy drive up to where ever you need to go. Again with the rapid expansion in the area comes some of the perks such as new schools, shopping centers and even a new hospital on its way. Come check it out.
